Introduction to the Research Group
The Database Systems Research Group of the Institute for Interdisciplinary Information Sciences at Tsinghua University is dedicated to the study of modern databases and AI data infrastructure. The primary research areas cover (but are not limited to) intelligent cloud-native databases, complex query optimization, vectorized execution engines, LSM-tree storage engines, lightweight data compression, and modern storage formats for AI.
Research Achievements
The majority of the research group's achievements have been published at the top international database conferences, SIGMOD and VLDB.
